Letter to the editor

Dear Editor, In the April 3, 2006 edition of The Eagle, your collective editorial maw misrepresented the joint Boisseau-Vidulich case against Ashley Mushnick. Simply, your assertion that the Board of Elections found against Mushnick for "exterior" shots of MGC is a complete fabrication.

Corrections

In the April 3 article SG candidate's video violates BOE rules, and the staff editorial "BOE needs to grow up," The Eagle did not include the fact that Ashley Mushnick's video also showed interior shots of Mary Graydon Center, which was a factor in the BOE complaint against the presidential candidate.

Staff editorial: BOE needs to grow up

We thought AU would at least get through SG election week before the tools would start coming out of their boxes. But alas, we were wrong. The Board of Elections is currently punishing presidential candidate Ashley Mushnick for a music video she produced and circulated as part of her campaign.
