Neil Lazurus, The Eagle’s DEI and Community Engagement Editor for Fall 2025, is a junior at AU with a dual degree in International Studies and Journalism. Originally from Upstate New York, Neil brings a passion for storytelling to his work. He also hosts BORDERLESS FM on WVAU, a show dedicated to the global party scene with a highlight on desi, afrobeat, reggaetón, and house music. Outside of journalism, Neil runs a food account on Instagram (@neil.eats), where he highlights food gems throughout the DMV and New York.
