Sarah Chayes, who reported on the U.S. war in Afghanistan for NPR, will provide an insider's view of Afghanistan and discuss how problems with corruption, violence and the return of the Taliban undermine the lives of ordinary citizens and the reconstruction of Afghanistan itself.
