Friday, Nov. 3

A female student in Letts Hall experienced an alcohol-related illness. The student was transported to Sibley Hospital.

A digital camera was stolen from a student's room in McDowell Hall.

A student in Ward Circle Building reported feeling pain and was transported to Sibley Hospital.

Saturday, Nov. 4

A female student in Anderson Hall reported feeling faint. Officers determined that it may have been a panic attack, and the student was transported to Sibley Hospital.

A student's vehicle was damaged while parked in the Nebraska Lot.

A fire alarm was activated at 11:02 p.m. on the 2nd floor of the Centennial Garage. There was no sign of smoke or fire upon inspection.

Sunday, Nov. 5

A student entered a room in Letts Hall with the intent of burglarizing it, only to find the room's two residents were home. The student was arrested.

A staff member's briefcase was stolen from the Kay Spiritual Life Center. The briefcase contained a laptop and other items.

Monday, Nov. 6

An intoxicated student in Anderson Hall appeared to be ill, but refused medical assistance. The student signed the medical refusal waiver.

A very large group was reported to have congregated in the Letts-Anderson Quad. When Public Safety officers investigated, it appeared that an altercation was about to happen between two fraternities. Public Safety ordered the crowd to disperse, and it did.

An intoxicated male student was observed in Anderson Hall, but the student was clearly in control of his actions and no medical assistance was needed.

A faculty member's desktop computer was stolen from an office in the Batelle-Tompkins Building.

A student reported that his roommate had been using his cell phone,and running up his bill. Depending on the final cost of the phone calls, this may be pursued as a felony fraud case.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

A fire alarm was activated at 2:08 a.m. in Letts Hall. The Fire Department determined that someone was cooking and had burned their food.

A student in Leonard Hall reported experiencing extreme pain and was transported to Sibley Hospital.

A vendor delivery truck collided with a contractor's vehicle in the Mary Graydon Center tunnel. There were no injuries and only minor damage to the vehicles.

A group of staff members and students became stuck in an elevator in the Butler Pavilion. The D.C. Fire Department was contacted, and the group was freed.

Graffiti was reported in the Anderson Hall central stairwell. Aramark was called to clean the area.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

An elevator containing one student became stuck in Letts Hall. The student was freed by the D.C. Fire Department.

An individual was stopped for continuing to enter and exit the administration building at 4620 Wisconsin Ave. The individual claimed that he kept coming in looking for a particular member of the university administration. The individual became hostile when asked to leave, and a barring notice was issued.

A staff member reported that a student had been writing the staff member harassing letters. No action has yet been taken.

A laptop belonging to a visitor was stolen from Mary Graydon Center.

Thursday Nov. 9

A student in Leonard Hall was bitten by a raccoon. The student was given a cab voucher good for transportation to Sibley Hospital.

A student was having trouble breathing outside the Kogod School of Business. The student declined medical assistance and signed the medical refusal form.

A student's vehicle in the Nebraska Lot was found to have improper parking registration. The vehicle was booted, and the student has been charged with false registration.


Section 202 host Gabrielle and friends go over some sports that aren’t in the sports media spotlight often, and review some sports based on their difficulty to play.
