The D.C. Department of Health restored Salsa's license June 3, according to the Food Establish Inspection Report for Salsa.
Salsa lost its license and closed May 31, due to failure to control the rodents, according to The Washington Post.
There was no food preparation at the time of the inspection, as Salsa is closed for renovation, according to the Food Establishment Inspection Report.
The Report did not list any critical violations for Salsa, but Salsa was given a three out of five for risk category, according to the report.
Aramark is the current food provider as of June 3, according to the report.
The University chose to contract Aramark instead of renewing their contract with Bon Appétit in April. Salsa will be replaced by Global Fresh Foods.
Bon Appétit, Aramark and Auxiliary Services did not respond to requests for comment.
