Registration dates moved in response to hurricane

Some upperclassmen will register for classes later

Spring 2013 registration has been altered due to Hurricane Sandy and potential power outages on Oct. 30 and 31, according to an email from the Office of Registrar.

According to the University’s schedule, the following registration dates have been moved: • 120-124 credits to Nov. 1 • 115-119 credits to Nov. 2 • 110-114 credits to Nov. 3 • 105-109 credits to Nov. 4

Registration dates for students with between 10 and 104 credits has remained unchanged. Also, students that had priority registration between Oct. 26 and 29 has remained unchanged.

On Oct. 15, registration for students with one to nine credits had been moved to Dec. 5, according to a revision stated on the schedule.

An academic advisor must clear a student for registration in some schools prior to enrolling in classes. However, all AU offices including, advising offices, will be closed Oct. 30 due to Hurricane Sandy, according to the AU Alert released on Oct. 29.
