Shamwow spokesman accused of smacking prostitute

Police in South Beach, Fla., arrested ShowWow spokesman Vince Shlomi last month on charges of felony battery after he allegedly hit a suspected prostitute, United Press International reported Saturday.

Shlomi allegedly confessed to hitting Sasha Harris after she bit his tongue while kissing, according to UPI. Police alleged Shlomi had paid $1,000 to have sex with her in a hotel room.

Shlomi is best known for demonstrating Slap Chop food choppers and ShamWow absorbent towels on television.

But wait, there's more! Harris was arrested on a felony aggravated battery charge. She is considering suing Shlomi, UPI reported.
