Brooklyn woman finds python in toilet

A 7-foot python was removed from the drainage pipes of a Brooklyn apartment building last Monday after a resident found the reptile in her toilet, according to NYDailyNews.com.

Nadege Brunacci told the Daily News she was washing her hands in the bathroom early Monday when she turned around and saw the python staring at her from the toilet.

After closing the lid and placing a heavy box on it, she called the fire department and her landlord. Plumbers then had to remove her downstairs neighbor's pipes to extract the snake, which had retreated back into the drainage system, the Daily News reported.

Though she gave the snake to a friend, Brunacci told the Daily News, she is now unnerved in the bathroom and is using her daughter's training toilet.
