Prince Charles and his second wife, Camilla, visited the United States on Tuesday for the first time since their marriage.
The two began their trip in New York at Ground Zero and visited with 9/11 survivors' families, according to The Washington Post. They ended with a champagne reception at the Museum of Modern Art. Guests at the celebration included Sting and Joan Collins.
At Ground Zero, one woman arrived with a banner bearing the image of Prince Charles and Camilla, a souvenir from the couple's wedding.
Charles also spent time with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan while in New York. The pair arrived in Washington Wednesday, and President Bush and Mrs. Bush planned to host them for lunch and a formal dinner at the White House.
