Thursday, Nov. 4

A student reported a stolen book from the McKinley building.

A student reported an AU ID stolen from her purse in a cubicle in the fitness center.

A window pane fell out in Bender Library, possibly from damage from an earlier storm.

An individual was stopped on University President Benjamin Ladner's private property.

An individual having an asthmatic attack was transported to Sibley Hospital.

Friday, Nov. 5

A group of individuals were involved in a struggle on the McDowell roadway. Public Safety intervened, and some of the individuals fled.

A student was stopped in his vehicle at a stop sign, and a delivery truck backed into the vehicle.

A non-emergency hospital transport was required from Nebraska Hall to Sibley Hospital when a cab would not arrive.

A false fire alarm was reported. The alarm was pulled on the sixth floor of Centennial Hall. No one reported smoke or fire, and the alarm was reset.

Saturday, Nov. 6

A female student reported that a male had called and left her a threatening message.

A female basketball player required a hospital transport from Bender Arena after sustaining a head injury during a basketball game. The D.C. Fire Department was called, and the student was taken to the Georgetown University Hospital.

A student required a hospital transport from Leonard Hall after sustaining an eye injury at a rugby game. A Bethesda-Chevy Chase ambulance transported the individual to Georgetown University Hospital.

Sunday, Nov. 7

A Reston Limousine shuttle en route to Park Bethesda reported hitting a pothole. Students reported that it sounded as though a car was hit.

Monday, Nov. 8

An individual was believed to be having a heart attack in Ward Circle Building. The individual was transported to Sibley Hospital.

A D.C. Fire Department truck tried driving a ladder truck on the quad and hit a bollard.

A transport to Sibly Hospital was required for an employee from inside Nebraska Hall because of knee pain.

A fire alarm was reported in Asbury Building due to human error. A door was opened in one of the laboratories, and steam set off the fire detector.

Defaced property was reported inside the men's locker room. A locker was kicked in.

A student reported a lost wallet in Bender Library. Fraudulent charges were discovered on the student's credit card.

Tuesday, Nov. 9

A theft was reported in Battelle-Tompkins. Two females reported missing wallets from their purses.

A female staff member reported her purse being missing from under her desk in her office in the School of International Service.

A robbery was reported. A female visitor was assaulted in the Nebraska Parking Lot, and her purse was stolen. The thieves fled in a Toyota Camry.

An individual reported damage to his vehicle in the Centennial parking garage.


Section 202 host Gabrielle and friends go over some sports that aren’t in the sports media spotlight often, and review some sports based on their difficulty to play.
