An 85-year-old Northwest Washington motorist crashed into the storefront of The Container Store in Tenleytown on Sept. 20, causing significant property damage.
In his 25 years at AU, volleyball head coach Barry Goldberg has established himself as one of the top coaches in the Patriot League. Over the weekend, Goldberg solidified himself as one of the top coaches currently in Division I volleyball.

Coming off a disappointing meltdown in the second half of their 3-2 loss to Miami(Ohio) a day before, Eagles head coach Steve Jennings poised his team for victory in this matchup, “I was disappointed the way the game unraveled yesterday. We just tried to get them focused in on the things that were going to be the key to getting the win. So trying to do all the basic things correctly.”

Through contacts in the Student Worker Alliance, I had the opportunity to chat with Anthony Randolph about Bon Appétit’s recently negotiated contract with its employees. Randolph has been a utility worker at AU for 11 years. Our discussion ranged from administrative details to an evaluation of student-worker relations on our campus.
