Owen Auston-Babcock is The Eagle's investigations & data editor for summer and fall 2025. He started on the paper in September 2022 as a student government reporter, then covered local news and served for two semesters as an investigative reporter. He was most recently the administration editor. Owen was born and raised in St. Louis and studies data science and journalism at AU.
