British EDM duo Disclosure is coming to the 9:30 Club on Oct. 28 as part of their U.S. tour.
Formed in 2010, brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence released a few original tracks and remixes online that garnered a lot of attention. After a set of EPs, the pair finally delivered their debut album “Settle” last June, which shot to No. 1 in the UK with four of the singles charting in the top 20.
Quickly becoming an essential dance album “Settle” has been nominated for a 2013 Mercury Prize and is steadily climbing charts worldwide.
Playing at festivals such as Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Summadaze, Leeds and Reading, Disclosure knows how to put on a good show, spinning their tightly produced tracks and basically playing the soundtrack for the best party ever.
Opening for the duo is London-based DJ T. Williams, whose latest EP “Feelings Within” is out now. Another skilled artist in the EDM scene, Williams will nicely complement Disclosure.
Their combined act will no doubt be a non-stop dance bash, rife with great bass drops and catchy hooks that will have concert-goers instantly grooving out and getting down.
