Four ways to quit

1. Smokers should mentally prepare for the challenge by setting a "quit date" and disposing of all ashtrays and cigarettes.

2. Set up a support system of family and friends for encouragement.

3. Find alternate activities to keep busy when cravings hit.

4. Drink extra water and fluids.
