MSNBC’s Chris Matthews will interview President Barack Obama at AU on Dec. 5.
Invitations were given to student, faculty, staff and University leaders, according to an email from Vice President of AU Communications Terry Flannery.
AU community members can submit questions for Obama through the show’s website.
Voter suppression, healthcare, political gridlock in D.C. and growing dissatisfaction with the government are expected to be the topics of discussion, according to the MSNBC website.
The interview will air on MSNBC’s “Hardball with Chris Matthews” at 7 p.m. on Dec. 5.
