REVIEW: Relive the 65th Grammy Awards

The 65th Grammy Awards were full of shocking losses, heartwarming tributes and record-breaking wins. Host Trevor Noah was funny but understated throughout, allowing each musician to have their moment. Some highlights of the night include Beyoncé officially being crowned as the artist with the most Grammys ever and Viola Davis earning EGOT status with a Grammy win for her audiobook, “Finding Me: A Memoir.”



Community Couture Gala brings AU together

Community Couture, a fashion event hosted by AU’s clubs EGO Magazine, Revolution, the League of United Latin American Citizens, the AU Community Garden, Her Campus, American University Student Government and the Student Union Board, took place Oct. 6 at the amphitheater and Community Garden. The night featured a flea market of student vendors, club booths, student musical talents and a fashion show.

REVIEW: Florence + the Machine drops stunning singles in anticipation of their sixth album

Florence + the Machine’s long awaited sixth studio album, “Dance Fever,” is set to be released May 13. To give fans a taste, the band has released three singles leading up to the album drop. “Heaven is Here,” “King” and “My Love” also include music videos that give way to a larger narrative sure to be present throughout the album which explores the power of womanhood and self realization.
